Ingredients 200g fresh mushrooms 1 choped onions and garlic 1-2 chili pepper 1 chicken stock block 4 cups of water 500g blended spinach leaves 1 tblsp peanut butter salt method Put cleaned mushrooms in a deep saucepan,add in chopped oinions and garlic on a low heat. Allow muchrooms to sweat for 1 min and add pepper,chicken stock block and water. Turn the heat up to bring soup to a boil. Allow to boil for 5 mins and add in blended spinach and peanut butter, Boil for 10 mins then reduce heat to allow soup to simmer for another 5 mins. Serve with rye bread or have it just soup, (ps:blend peanut butter with spinach for smoother texture) The ingredients are mostly approximated you can choose to add to the amounts as you cook along (the ghanaian way of cooking)
