1 Minute Breakfast Pancakes

I am all about easy, quick, simple and yet delicious healthy foods. Busy home cook and mother, I am always on the look out for simple recipes to go to. This 1 minute breakfast pancakes happened when my daughter requested for some pancakes as snacks . Yep, she was feeling a bit sick and I gave her the choice of any food she wanted . So in my bid to make some quick and easy this recipe happened. It's so easy to make and will definitely save you some good breakfast time on those busy mornings. You can even treat yourself or guests with them by simply adding some delicious ice cream to serve a dessert after meals. The recipe requires a dl each of milk and flour, then one egg and 1 tablespoon sugar. Pinch of salt, mix quickly and fry in badges with butter. Simple and delicious. Oats and Chia seeds Pancakes

As a mother trying to get fit at home with two children , I always look out for quick yet delicious recipes especially for breakfasts. I love oats a lot. But eating it always as a porridge can get boring sometimes that's why I came up with this recipe. I tried a of couple other recipes but I loved the soft but yet crunchy texture I got from this one so it's now a keeper for my oats breakfast ideas. Give it a try for a healthy start to your mornings . All you need 40g of ground oats 1 tablespoon of chia seeds 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 3-5 tablespoons of milk Butter for frying How to make it Grind oats into a flour like texture. In a bowl add in rest of ingredients but milk. Mix all together adding in a tablespoon of milk at a time. Almond Pancakes

Easy, quick and delicious no flour recipe for the perfect breakfast. All you need 1 cup of almond powder 2 eggs 1 teaspoon baking soda 3-5 tablespoons of milk Butter/Coconut oil for frying How to make it Add eggs and baking soda to almond powder. Whisk to combine completely. Add a tablespoon of milk one at a time to mixture till desired consistency. Add more milk for a loose mixture but not more than 1/2 a cup. Fry in badges for 1 minute on both sides. Enjoy
