Chichinga Powder Spice ( Ghanaian dry spice rub)

All you need.

150–200g peanuts, ground and roasted
2 tsp ground hot or cayenne pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ground cloves
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp salt

How to make it

Mix all the ingredients for the spice mix together in a bowl. Chichinga powder is ready. Transfer to an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Store for up to one month.

You can use it to spice and bake potatoes, sweet potato, chicken and more.

This Ghanaian spice is so versatile and I use it a lot at home.
