Kata Inspired 15 Minutes noodles recipes

Chicken Balls Noodles Soup All you need (serves 2 children/1 adult) 200g minced chicken 1 teaspoon curry powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoon butter or oil 1/2 size of a medium sized onions 1 garlic gloves 1 handful of sliced leeks 3 cups of fresh chicken stock or 1 stock block dissolved in 3 cups of  hot water 1 package of instant noodles 2 tablespoons soy sauce Handful of sliced paprika and carrots or any preferred vegetables How to make it Season chicken with curry powder and salt. Make into balls and fry in 1 tablespoon butter for a golden colour on sides. Meanwhile, fry sliced onions, leek and garlic in a deep saucepan with 1 tablespoon butter. Add chicken stock and noodles. Allow to boil covered for 5 minutes. ( Chicken balls should be ready at this stage.) Add chicken balls and soy sauce to the noodles soup. Remove cover and boil for 5 more minutes. Mifu Stew (Ghanaian inspired)

I have been on a no carbohydrates meal plan for almost 2 weeks. It's been quiet challenging with my eight months old baby boy but thankfully my husband has been very helpful with preparing the rights meals. Today I wanted something quick to eat whilst feeding my boy. Found this new product, Mifú in the fridge, something we bought just to try. Mifú , according to what I have read is a high protein product made from pasteurised non fat milk protein. It can be used in every aspects of using meat or chicken instead when cooking. From omelette to pies etc. So to cook something really quick for lunch, of course my Ghanaian thought was stew and I was so surprised how it blended well with my Ghanaian spices. Since I am on a new meal plan I ate mine with some grated carrot and zucchini, but this recipe will be the perfect match for boiled plain rice with no doubt. Give it a try and enjoy.
