Chicken Balls Noodles Soup All you need (serves 2 children/1 adult) 200g minced chicken 1 teaspoon curry powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoon butter or oil 1/2 size of a medium sized onions 1 garlic gloves 1 handful of sliced leeks 3 cups of fresh chicken stock or 1 stock block dissolved in 3 cups of hot water 1 package of instant noodles 2 tablespoons soy sauce Handful of sliced paprika and carrots or any preferred vegetables How to make it Season chicken with curry powder and salt. Make into balls and fry in 1 tablespoon butter for a golden colour on sides. Meanwhile, fry sliced onions, leek and garlic in a deep saucepan with 1 tablespoon butter. Add chicken stock and noodles. Allow to boil covered for 5 minutes. ( Chicken balls should be ready at this stage.) Add chicken balls and soy sauce to the noodles soup. Remove cover and boil for 5 more minutes.
