1 Minute Breakfast Pancakes


I am all about easy, quick, simple and yet delicious healthy foods.
Busy home cook and mother, I am always on the look out for simple recipes to go to.
This 1 minute breakfast pancakes happened when my daughter requested for some pancakes as snacks .

Yep, she was feeling a bit sick and I gave her the choice of any food she wanted .
So in my bid to make some quick and easy this recipe happened. It's so easy to make and will definitely save you some good breakfast time on those busy mornings.
You can even treat yourself or guests with them by simply adding some delicious ice cream to serve a dessert after meals.
The recipe requires a dl each of milk and flour, then one egg and 1 tablespoon sugar. Pinch of salt, mix quickly and fry in badges with butter. Simple and delicious.
You can't go wrong with this recipe and it serves up to two adults. Simply double the recipe quantity if you have more mouths wanting to enjoy these delicious pancakes .


Recipe:

All you need
1 dl flour (gluten free also works)
1 dl full cream milk (skimmed milk also works)
1 big size egg
1 tablespoon regular sugar
Pinch of salt
Butter for frying
How to make it
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and whisk to mix completely.
Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry pancakes in badges(about 5-6 small sized pancakes).
Enjoy with some syrup or jam.

Eggs And Sardines Stew Ghana Recipe

This is my own very basic recipe and cooks in 10 -60 minutes depending on the quantity of the stew.
