Black Star Chop Bar (Pop Up Restaurant Day)

An amazing experience, great ambience and relaxing atmosphere on our 2nd Ghanaian pop up restaurant here in Liminka. We received great feedback on our dishes and we were honestly honoured.
On the menu was; Chinchinga (pork kebabs), Anwamoo (Ghanaian fried rice) served with Vegetable stew, Herb salad (Finnish pickled cabbage and herbs) and dessert was a personal favourite Ofam Cake filled with Finnish lingon berry jam and blueberry flavoured quark. 
The happy faces and feedbacks are everything a food vendor loves to see and hear. Although our Finnish weather was on the cold windy side, luckily a sunny streak of sunlight and a home location helped saved the day.
I must say a big Thank you to God for His undying Grace and Peace, To my Husband for his ever, unwavering support, to my friends and neighbours for  their lovely supports and always making time to honour my invitations. And also to our new met acquaintances from our local community for taking the bold step to come and try our Ghanaian foods.
From the deepest part of my heart, I say; Midaasi pii; Thanks a lot; Kiitos paljon.
We are inspired and motivated to host a 3rd pop up restaurant and looking forward to more great foods and experience.
