KOOSE GHANAIAN BLACKEYEPEAS PUFF PUFFS


Cooking Time: 1hr          Prep Time:5hrs-24hrs
Ingredients:
1l vegetable oil
1cup blackeye peas
2 eggs
1 medium size onion
1tspn chili powder
Salt


Method of Preparation:
Soak the blackeye peas in cold water for 5hrs or overnight. Sieve and blend carefully adding bits of water till you have a smooth thick mixture but not too runny.
Transfer mixture to a bowl, add eggs, chopped onion, chili powder, salt to taste and mix through.
Heat oil in a deep saucepan, scoop misture with a spoon and fry in hot oil till cooked and golden brown.
Enjoy as dinner with sweet chili sauce or as breakfast with any beverage.
